The sheet is extremely useful and gives a novice a start on what to consider when planning a Disney World. I did modify it heavily because we considered other options and venues in planning our vacation scheduled for 2021. While costs are not set in stone simply because of how far in advance we're planning, it does give us a starting point and something aim.
